Open Sea Solutions S.A.S. brings together two business units based in Cartagena, Colombia: Maritime Operations, with tugboats and barges, and Onshore Operations, providing liquid transfer and services for flexitanks and ISO tanks.

Product transfer between storage or transport units. We coordinate connections, hoses and equipment according to the liquid and operating location.
